1. Product Display We strive to display the colours, fabrics, and details of our products on the website as accurately as possible. However, please be aware that the colours you see on your screen may vary slightly from the actual product due to differences in monitor settings, screen resolution, and lighting.

2. Quality & Handcrafted Nature As many of our pieces are handcrafted or feature intricate work, minor variations in colour, embroidery, pattern, or texture can occur. These subtle differences are a natural part of the craftsmanship that makes each garment unique and are not considered defects. We are committed to offering beautiful, high-quality attire that you will love.

3. Product Information & Availability All product descriptions and prices are subject to change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to modify our product selection or discontinue any item. We also reserve the right, on a case-by-case basis, to limit the quantity of products sold to any person, household, or geographic region.

 

SECTION 3 - PLACING & ACCEPTING ORDERS

1. Order Acceptance Placing an order on our website constitutes an offer to purchase our products. We reserve the right to accept or decline this offer for any reason. Your order is officially accepted only after your payment has been successfully processed and you have received a shipping confirmation email from us. We may, at our discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person or per order.

2. Order Changes & Cancellations Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. We process orders quickly and may not be able to accommodate changes or cancellation requests after an order has been placed. If we need to make a change to or cancel your order, we will attempt to notify you using the contact information you provided at checkout.

3. Returns & Exchanges All purchases are subject to return or exchange only in accordance with our official Refund Policy.

4. Personal Use Policy By placing an order, you agree that your purchases are for personal, non-commercial use only. You agree not to purchase our products for the purpose of commercial resale or export.


SECTION 4 - PRICING & BILLING INFORMATION

1. Pricing & Currency All prices on our website are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD). Prices and promotions are subject to change without notice. The final price charged for a product will be the price in effect at the time your order is placed, as shown in your order confirmation.

2. Taxes & Shipping Fees Posted prices do not include applicable taxes (such as GST/HST/PST). We are pleased to offer complimentary standard shipping on all orders. If you select an upgraded shipping method, such as expedited shipping, these additional costs will be calculated based on your shipping address and added to your total at checkout.

3. Promotional Offers From time to time, we may offer special promotions or sales. These offers may be governed by their own terms and conditions. If there is a conflict between a promotion's terms and these Terms of Service, the specific terms of the promotion will apply.

4. Accurate Billing Information You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and account information for all purchases. 1. Shipping Costs Lavanya Attire offers complimentary standard shipping for all orders within Canada. Customers may have the option to upgrade to an expedited shipping service for an additional fee, which will be presented at checkout.

2. Delivery Estimates All delivery times provided on our website, for both standard and expedited services, are estimates only and are not guaranteed. While we process orders promptly from our location in Ontario, the actual delivery time depends on the shipping carrier (e.g., Canada Post) and your specific location. We will always provide you with a tracking number so you can monitor your package's journey.

3. Responsibility for Delays Once your order is handed over to the shipping carrier, its delivery is outside of our direct control. Lavanya Attire is not liable for delays caused by the carrier, inclement weather, high package volumes, or other unforeseen circumstances. We appreciate your patience and understanding in these situations.

4. Risk of Loss or Damage Once a package is with the shipping carrier, the risk of loss or damage passes to the customer. However, we are here to help. If your package is significantly delayed, lost in transit, or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at contact@lavanyaattire.ca. We will work with you and the shipping carrier to find a resolution.


SECTION 6 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & WEBSITE CONTENT

1. Ownership of Content All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, product reviews, and video, as well as the design and arrangement of this content, is the exclusive property of Lavanya Attire or our content suppliers. 2. Permitted Use You are permitted to use this website for your personal, non-commercial use only. This means you may browse our site and purchase products for yourself or as a gift.

Lavanya Attire is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make in our Store are made directly with Lavanya Attire. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and Lavanya Attire, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products and services. You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with Lavanya Attire.

2. Scope of Limitation This limitation of liability applies to all damages, including but not limited to:

  • Direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages.
  • Lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, or loss of data.
  • Replacement costs or any other similar damages.
