Lavanya Attire Return & Refund Policy
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we are here to help.
1. Return Window We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
2. Eligibility & Conditions To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition: unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. Items must be free of any stains, makeup, deodorant, or scents.
You will also need to provide your order number as proof of purchase.
3. How to Start a Return To start a return, please contact us at contact@lavanyaattire.ca. Please include your order number and the reason for your return.
If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
4. Shipping for Returns Your return will need to be sent to our location in Oshawa, Ontario. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your final refund amount.
5. Refunds & Exchanges Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
Alternatively, you may request an exchange or a full refund in the form of store credit.
6. Exceptions / Final Sale Items Please note that the following items cannot be returned:
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or purchased from our Clearance section.
- Custom-made or altered items.
- Jewelry (for hygiene reasons).
- Gift cards.
7. Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. Please provide your order number and a photo of the issue at contact@lavanyaattire.ca so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We will cover all shipping costs for returning and replacing a faulty item.
